If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the order amount (if prepaid) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Drapeva reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
